Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 111j online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at 111j.best and any associated mobile applications or services operated under the 111j brand. 111j reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) — to confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age or identity, is a serious violation of these Terms. 111j will terminate any account found to have been opened on false pretenses and will forfeit any balance held in that account.

Account Responsibilities

Each player may register and maintain only one active account on the 111j platform. If you are found to have opened or operated multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or any other identity — 111j reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings accumulated across them.

Your account login credentials — your registered mobile number and password — are your sole responsibility. You must keep your password confidential and must not share your account access with any other person. 111j will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that resulted from your own failure to protect your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 111j account and change it regularly.
• Log out fully after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact 111j support immediately at support@111j.best if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your account with friends, family members, or anyone else — each person must have their own registered account.

111j will communicate with you through the contact details you provided during registration — primarily your registered mobile number and email address. It is your responsibility to keep these details current. 111j cannot be held responsible for missed communications arising from outdated contact information in your account profile.

Deposits & Withdrawals

111j accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay transfers, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits fund your 111j wallet instantly in most cases; processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on your financial institution.

All withdrawal requests at 111j are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorized withdrawals. Withdrawals cannot be redirected to a third party's account under any circumstances.

• Bank transfers via InstaPay typically complete within the same banking day.
• PESONet transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account.

111j does not charge platform withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are outside 111j's control and will be deducted by the payment channel, not by 111j. Bonuses & Promotions

111j regularly offers bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and tournament prize pools to registered members and new players. • Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real money is always wagered first; bonus funds become active once your real-money balance reaches zero.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, or coordinating bets across accounts to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at 111j — including slot machines, card games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In all cases where individual game rules conflict with these general Terms, the specific game rules take precedence for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.

111j uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all digital card games and slots. This RNG is independently tested to ensure statistical fairness and non-predictability. The shuffle in all 111j card games (Tongits, Pusoy, Poker) cannot be manipulated by 111j staff, game operators, or players.

• Sports betting odds at 111j are set based on available market data and may be updated at any time prior to the start of the event.
• In-play bets are accepted at 111j's discretion and subject to real-time odds changes during live events.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — whether on pre-match or live markets — may be voided at 111j's discretion if the timing creates an unfair information advantage.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 111j will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical fault policy, which prioritizes the last confirmed game state before the failure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 111j platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with 111j games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players at card game tables to gain an unfair advantage — including coordinating holds, shared communication during play, or chip dumping.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or any technical errors that result in unintended payouts or game outcomes. Any winnings obtained through an identified glitch will be reversed.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other method to disguise your location and access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Engaging in money laundering — depositing funds to the 111j platform from illegal sources and withdrawing them as apparently legitimate winnings.
• Impersonating another player, 111j staff member, or any other person in communications on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through your payment provider (chargeback) for funds that were validly wagered and lost on the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 111j account to another person.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 111j platform — including but not limited to the 111j brand name and logo, game graphics, user interface design, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 111j or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 111j platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any 111j content without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on 111j's interface, branding, or game content.
• Use 111j's name, logo, or branding in any promotional or commercial context without explicit written authorisation from 111j.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 111j software or game client.

111j collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall player agreement alongside these Terms. By registering at 111j, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 111j Privacy Policy.

111j collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, payment method details, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, detect fraud, and improve the 111j platform experience. 111j does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

111j provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While 111j makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime, security, and game integrity, 111j cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary or extended platform downtime due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances outside 111j's control (including but not limited to typhoons, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider outages).
• Losses from legitimate wagering outcomes — all bets placed at 111j carry inherent financial risk and 111j is not responsible for losses from gambling.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider, bank, or telecommunications network.
• Unauthorized access to your account that resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Technical errors or game malfunctions beyond 111j's reasonable control, provided 111j acts in good faith to resolve the situation.

Account Suspension & Closure

111j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.

If 111j closes your account for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account will be reviewed. Legitimate real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be returned at 111j's discretion after a review period. Balances connected to suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
